Rotational Moulding

Rotational moulding is a high temperature, low pressure plastic forming process that uses heat and biaxial rotation (i.e. rotation on two axes) to produce hollow, one piece parts from small items such as luggage to large product such as water tanks. Rotational moulding has developed considerably in recent years making the tooling process and finish quality comparable with Injection Moulding.
